Sustaining Care, Embracing Well-Being: Caring for others in our families, communities, or daily work—can be deeply meaningful but also draining. In this session, participants will explore what compassion resilience is: how to maintain emotional, mental, and physical well-being while staying connected to empathy, strength, and hope. We will look at signs of compassion fatigue, learn practical strategies and boundaries to protect our own energy, and share tools to build a reservoir of wellness that supports us through life’s challenges—so that we can continue to give care without losing ourselves.
